Brand Story Workshop: the positioning and story that carry the whole business.

Most coaches don't have a marketing problem. They have a clarity problem. You can't say simply who you're for, what makes you different, or why it matters — so everything downstream gets harder. This workshop fixes that at the source: your positioning, your offers, and the story-structure that makes them land.

When this fits

You do great work. Explaining it is the hard part.

You know you're good at what you do. But when someone asks what you do, the answer comes out long, or vague, or different every time. Your offers overlap. Your marketing feels like effort because the clarity underneath it was never built. You don't need to work harder — you need to be clearer.

This is the positioning counterpart to the Strategy Workshop: that one maps how the business runs; this one maps how it's understood.

What we build

Positioning, offer architecture, and a story that connects them.

We work through the strategic layer of your brand — not the visuals, not the copy, the architecture underneath both. Using a proven story framework, we build the through-line that makes everything you say clearer and more consistent.

You leave with:

Positioning clarity — who you're uniquely for, the real problem you solve, and what makes you different.

Offer architecture — what offers should exist, how they relate, and where each one fits.

A brandscript — your story mapped into a clear structure you can apply everywhere.

A soundbite campaign — the repeatable lines that carry your message across posts, pages, and conversations.

What we don't do: write your copy or build your pages. This is strategy that produces clarity. The brandscript and soundbites are yours to deploy — or to hand to a writer with confidence, because the thinking is already done.

The method behind it

A proven story framework, applied as architecture.

The workshop is built on the StoryBrand framework — a tested structure for making a message clear by putting the client, not the business, at the centre of the story. I'm a certified StoryBrand guide, so the framework isn't theory here; it's a tool I've applied across years of positioning work.

But the framework is the method, not the point. The point is your positioning architecture — the strategic clarity that a good story structure reveals. You get the rigour of a proven system, applied by someone who treats messaging the way an architect treats a building: structure first, surface later.

This isn't theory

The process has been run before the name existed.

Anouk van Gutschoven — a career, stress and burnout coach — came to me at the very start of her coaching business: certified, capable, and without a clear plan for how to position and launch. We ran this exact process first — positioning, offer, story — before a single page was designed. The result was an actionable strategy she could execute: start locally, expand from there. The website came after the clarity, not instead of it.

Family Dynamics (Veerle Wullaert & Peter) had the opposite starting point: not too few ideas, but too many. No focus meant their clients couldn't see how they could help. Workshops first — offer clarity, brand story, customer journey — then the build. The positioning that came out of it, Veerle as the relationship expert within family businesses, is what made them stand out in a crowded consulting market.

Two different starting points — no plan yet, and too many plans — same process, same outcome: a story structure the business could build on.

Two ways in

Learn it yourself, or build it together.

If you'd rather learn the framework and build a first draft on your own, the Brand Story Foundation Training inside Coach Office Club walks you through it at your own pace, with community support. The Brand Story Workshop is the done-with-you version: we build your brandscript and soundbite campaign together, in depth, tailored to your business.
