One conviction. Four ways in.
You don't need to build faster. You need to build the right thing — with clarity on your systems, your positioning, and the order to build in. That's the whole of my work. How deep we go is up to you.
Whether it's one stuck system or the whole architecture, whether it's how the business runs or how you explain it — the work underneath is the same: get clear before you commit, and keep it reversible. Below are four entry points, from the lightest to the most involved.
Entry point · one-time · €1.500 – €2.500
Model-Moment
One system. One session. A model you can build on.
The lightest way in. You've got one part of the business you keep circling — an offer you can't structure, a workflow that keeps breaking, a decision you've remade five times. In one focused session we model that one thing end to end: the moving parts, how they connect, where the real constraint sits, and what the right structure looks like. No implementation — you leave with a clear model and a next step you own.
Wijnhandel Ghoos searched for months for a webshop that fit, and found nothing. The real problem was one unmodelled decision — how to serve horeca and private customers in one system. Once that model existed, the build followed. See the case →

Strategy Workshop
Your whole business architecture, in a day.
When it's not one system but the whole picture. The business grew faster than the plan — offers, clients, tools, half-finished ideas, and no clear sense of how they fit or what to do next. We map your direction, find the one constraint holding everything back, and sequence what to build in what order, so you stop undoing decisions later. Often the constraint turns out to be clarity, not capacity — including how you're positioned. You leave with a clear map and a sequenced plan you can act on.
Family Dynamics had too many ideas and no focus — clients couldn't see how they could help. One workshop gave them an identity as the therapist for family businesses, plus the offers and funnels built on it. Schreppie Pools mapped its whole operation the same way and turned two months of admin into two days. See the Schreppie case →
The method behind it
Brand Story Workshop
The positioning and story that carry the whole business.
The positioning counterpart to the Strategy Workshop. Most messaging problems aren't writing problems — they're clarity problems. Using a proven story framework, we build the strategic layer underneath your message: positioning, offer architecture, a brandscript, and a soundbite campaign. No copywriting, no pages built — the clarity is yours to deploy, or to hand to a writer with the thinking already done.
Anouk van Gutschoven ran this exact process at the start of her coaching business — positioning and story first, a single page designed only after the clarity existed. The website came after, not instead of, the strategy.
Entry point · ongoing · monthly retainer
Retainer
A thinking partner who stays.
The deepest way in. You're past the one-off question — the business is moving, and every month brings another structural decision. A retainer is all of the above, made continuous: someone who holds the full picture, notices when something's drifting, and helps you sequence what comes next before it becomes urgent. Direction, constraint, positioning, sequencing — applied continuously as the business changes.
What began as one question about scaling a practice became years of partnership with Silvia Derom — from an hourly-invoice model to programs, group coaching, and memberships, with six figures processed on the platform we built together. That's what a partner who stays compounds into. See the case →
Not sure which fits?
Every one starts the same way.
Tell me what's stuck. We'll book a discovery call and find the right depth together — from a single session to an ongoing partnership.
